To provide the best customer satisfaction, Mijas Breadshop has the following Refund Policy. The preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the establishment.

Errors in the Order*

If you receive products that are different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You can come to pick up the right product.

For credit card payments, you will be refunded the amount of the sale price associated with the error and charged for the price of new items.
For cash payments, you will be required to pay the balance difference if the new product is worth more than the product received in error. In the same way, you will receive the balance difference as a credit for the new product if it is less than the product received in error.

Your order will have priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, return the ordered products in the original containers* to the establishment.

Request for incomplete orders*

On the rare occasion that you do not receive products that are on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Call us as soon as you notice that you did not receive the products in your order. You can cancel the missing products before we prepare them without any hesitation, and we will refund the amount to a credit card. In the case of cash, you can withdraw the money at the physical facilities of the establishment.

Please note: We provide complimentary items such as disposable cutlery, chopsticks, etc. when requested for free. If we mistakenly omitted a free courtesy item, you can let us know so we can address the issue with our staff; however, we are unable to provide discounts, refunds, or store credit.

Dissatisfaction with the Order*

We make our products with the best and freshest ingredients. We care and take pride in all the products we make. Refunds and/or replacement products are available upon request for orders in which the food is incorrect, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are generally not provided for food a guest simply doesn’t like.

To cancel an order*

Sorry, we cannot cancel or refund if you change your mind or order a product in error after the order is fulfilled. We are unable to provide any refunds for non-menu items.

As a private business, the establishment has the right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Refund Policies, unfortunately, we will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we can continue to provide excellent, quality products and service to you and our other wonderful repeat customers.
