Mijas was born from a dream called opportunity, an opportunity to take passion, creativity and tradition for fine flavors to another level.

Where family and values come together to create a gastronomic project that allows us to reach the warmth of the homes that characterizes us as Salvadorans.

Our team of Chefs are certified by the Ibero-American Forum of Gastronomic Organizations and the Pan-American Academy of Culinary Art (PACA).
